Selection Process
Participating organizations remain anonymous during the selection process; the identity of the organizations is not revealed until the selection committee has agreed on the final list.
TalentMap is not involved in the selection process. TalentMap’s contribution to the process is to prepare all the materials required to assist the committee in reviewing and making their decision, including analysis, reports and relevant quantitative statistics generated from the study. The Committee will be guided by the objectives, approach, and methodology explained in this document.
The criteria to be used will be based primarily on the survey scores on four key dimensions with 4-8 questions in each dimension for a total of approximately 30 items and two open-ended comment questions. The weighted average of the four dimensions – senior leadership, immediate management, engagement and professional growth – will provide the basis for ranking. The selection committee will then invoke other criteria such as open-ended comments to make the final selection.
